Uddens Forest Case Study

We were approached by a landowner who had acres of woodland and pasture land for sale near Wimborne in Dorset.  Firstly, we surveyed the land which came out at 317 acres and then marked out individual plots suitable and affordable for buyer’s needs. This gave an uplift to the land value over and above a straight sale at the higher acreage.

We have put in place a management company to deal with the water usage/ split and track maintenance and have also separated the title with the Land Registry denoting the newly formed individual plots under their own title numbers and plan.
