We are here to help you through the planning process. With the help of our team of advisers, we will put you in direct contact with experienced architects and planning consultants, to enable you to achieve full planning on your development site, subject to necessary local planning conditions.
We are here to help you negotiate planning fees and make them as cost effective as possible. We have a variety of different experts and our aim is to obtain the best price possible.
We help in advising and contacting the relevant experts to deal with any problem issues which may arise. Due to our extensive background in different areas, we can help in many related problem sectors.
Once an application has successfully achieved full planning permission, we will put you directly in touch with investors and property developers. We can also negotiate with local agents to advertise the site in the most cost effective way, to target a large number of potential buyers.
If an application is refused, we will speak to the local planning officer and see if it is possible to submit another application with modified plans free of charge. This has to be done within 12 months of the decision on your first application.
Alternatively, if necessary we will guide you through the appeal process. Appeals can take several months to be decided. It may therefore be quicker to discuss with the authority whether changes to your proposal would make it more acceptable or, in cases of non-determination, when your application might be decided if you choose not to appeal.
